Known by my clients as a “Results Expert”, I work with entrepreneurs and small business owners to create highly satisfying, successful, profitable businesses more quickly than they may have on their own…hence, Synergy! My strategic and unique approach, coaches and trains clients in both the how-to aspects of growing a business and the mindset needed to succeed in business and in life. I’ll be showing you step-by-step how to create a successful business and mindset that you’ll be able to apply over and over again.
My mission to assist others in creating highly satisfying, profitable businesses more quickly came out of my own struggles
as I made the leap to entrepreneurship. Prior to my leap, I spent years in large, global corporations coaching and speaking
on the topics of influence & persuasion, leadership, communication skills, emotional intelligence and teambuilding. When I
left to begin my own business, I needed to ramp my clientele quickly (as I was feeling the financial pressure) but didn’t
know where to begin and was overwhelmed. I put together a plan and invested lots of time, energy and money to learn from
experts in various fields such as marketing, sales, client attraction, building a solid business foundation, social media,
networking, business planning, and everything else it takes to have a successful business!I became a certified coach through CoachU in 2000 and have an advanced degree in the psychology of achievement and performance so I had the coach training and mindset I needed to be successful but needed to immerse myself in entrepreneurial education. Within the 1st year and a half of my business I had a full clientele and was making more money that I ever had. I don’t tell you this to impress you but to inspire you! My business card reads, “More clients, more money, more satisfaction….more quickly” because that’s been my experience and the experiences of my clients as I coach them into their own successful businesses.
Although my work still involves speaking and training, I made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping other entrepreneurs and sole practitioners, build their businesses more quickly through my coaching, workshops, and mastermind groups. Another part of my business card reads, “Your business can be SO much easier” because my goal is to replace your frustration, worry and overwhelm with the tools, strategies, solutions and mindset necessary to build your own successful, satisfying business. We’ll work together to take the guesswork out of creating the business you’ve always imagined.
